While we completely migrate to the new support system, if you find any issue with the new process detailed below, or if you do not currently have a registered InstallBuilder license in VMware portal, you can still reach us through the old support portal.Use Legacy Support Portal
Log in MyVMware and Select "Get Support" from the quick links options.
Choose an option from the "Technical" drop down box and under the "On Premise" category list, select the most appropriate category.
Select the VMware InstallBuilder Product and click "Continue".
Include a brief description of the issue and attach any relevant files.
Fill the required fields, upload files etc, and click on "Create support request". You will receive an email confirmation when your support request has been received.
