1. Create your My VMware profile

We offer support to VMware customers through the standard VMware support channels. To be able to help you quickly with your request, please take a minute to confirm or create your MyVMware profile. You can find detailed instructions here.

While we completely migrate to the new support system, if you find any issue with the new process detailed below, or if you do not currently have a registered InstallBuilder license in VMware portal, you can still reach us through the old support portal.

Use Legacy Support Portal

2. Go to support section

Log in MyVMware and Select "Get Support" from the quick links options.

3. Choose category

Choose an option from the "Technical" drop down box and under the "On Premise" category list, select the most appropriate category.

4. Select product

Select the VMware InstallBuilder Product and click "Continue".

5. Add description

Include a brief description of the issue and attach any relevant files.

6. Add further information and upload files

Fill the required fields, upload files etc, and click on "Create support request". You will receive an email confirmation when your support request has been received.
